ABOUT LAKSHAY

10 years ago I began my fitness journey and began learning everything I could about building muscle and losing fat. I was told to eat a high-protein diet consisting of lots of meat by everyone, so thats what I did for 5 years - up until 2018 when I watched Dominion for the first time. Watching the cruelty that occurred in my own backyard (Australia) really affected me and I decided to go vegan since I no longer wanted to support an industry that treats animals the way they do. After being vegan for 4 years, I feel healthier than I ever, am as strong as I have ever been and have continued to build muscle from a diet high in plant-based whole-foods.
